TRAIN WITH VIC!

A Full-Day Experience with a CrossFit Games Athlete
Step into the shoes of a professional athlete for the day. Join 3x CrossFit Games competitor and 3x South American Champion, Victoria Campos, for a full-day immersive training experience designed to push your limits, sharpen your skills, and inspire your journey.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Lunch Break: 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Mindset / Recovery / Nutrition Talk: 1:00 – 2:00 PM (Open to everyone – not just participants)

All fitness levels welcome — training can be adapted to your needs.

What to Expect:

  • • Strength + skill-based training sessions
  • • Gymnastics, Olympic lifting, conditioning — pro-style
  • • Behind-the-scenes look at elite-level warm-up, prep, mindset & recovery
  • • Coaching, corrections & insights from Victoria throughout the day

Not ready for a full-day commitment?

Half-day sessions available:

  • • Morning Block (9AM–12PM)
  • • Afternoon Block (2PM–5PM)

Team Building

SPECIALIZED GYMNASTICS WORKSHOPS

Develop high-level bodyweight control and confidence under pressure. Choose a skill focus most relevant to your gym or athlete base:

  • Kipping & Butterfly Pull-Ups + Rope Climbs
  • Bar Muscle-Ups & Ring Muscle-Ups
  • Handstand Walks & Handstand Push-Ups

(2 hours – per skill focus)

Personal Development

ROWING WORKSHOP

Master the Concept2 Rower for both sport and training. Includes:

  • Proper rowing technique
  • Screen metrics & pacing strategy
  • Endurance progressions & workouts
  • Perfect for athletes training for CrossFit, Hyrox, or endurance-based competitions.

(2 hours)

Performance Optimization

OLYMPIC LIFTING WORKSHOP

Build efficiency, power, and confidence under the barbell. Focus includes:

  • Snatch + Clean & Jerk
  • 3 Position Snatch
  • Static Clean Pull Under
  • Split Jerk foot work
  • Movement progressions, technical drills, and strength accessory work to improve positioning and lift execution.
